When winding, this coil winding machine can arrange wire layer by layer automatically. It can wind not only copper wire but also aluminium wire, round and flat wire can be handled.The coil shape depends on customer’s requirements, it can be circle, oval or rectangular. The counter of this winding machine can be count from 0 to 9999.99, even though the power is cut off suddenly, it can save the parameters input and the number of the turns also can be saved. The counter can reverse count the number of the turns. The machine can rotates forward or reverse, the rotating direction is switched through the foot pedal. This winding machine features slow starting, smooth running, high automation, and easy operation, etc.

• Automatic laying the wire, a 0.75kw servo motor driven wire guide to arrange the wire precisely
• The wire decoiler can provide a proper tension to make the wound coil tight
• The tension can be adjusted through a valve
• The tension can be shown on a pressure gauge
